Our newest addition hails from the Santa Rosa region of Guatemala, offering a sweet and syrupy coffee experience. Prepare to be delighted by its vibrant strawberry and rich caramel notes, a testament to the extraordinary characteristics of this fresh crop.
Located in southeast Guatemala, the Blue Ayarza Estate partners with local smallholder farmers to produce some of the region's finest coffees. This particular lot is a remarkable blend of Bourbon, Catuai, and Pache arabica coffee varieties. After pulping, the beans undergo nearly two weeks of drying on beds, a careful process that prepares them for their journey to us. The result is a light roast that's bold, sweet, and undeniably fruity—a true delight for coffee enthusiasts.
